WEDDINGS AT REMNANT
Make your wedding day unforgettable by choosing Remnant, a local, tailor-fit space that conforms to your needs. The venue is perfect for weddings with up to 150 guests. We also have options available for wedding-adjacent events — bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and receptions. Weddings are governed under the policies of White River Christian Church.
WEDDING GUIDELINES:
Remnant provides property located at: 101 Main St., Arcadia, Indiana 46030. The Remnant is an alcohol-free facility.
In addition to property, the following is also provided:
All facility with exception to coffee bar (can be available with additional fees).
All current tables and chairs that are property of Remnant.
Dumpster access.
Pastor for ceremony, if needed. If not needed, external pastor/officiant is allowed with approval.
Coordination with events manager on facility setup, logistics, and all other facility-related needs. At least two meetings with event manager before the wedding is common.
Conference rooms/upstairs areas converted to bridal suites.
Support staff (building superintendent, event manager on site) day-of.
Additional options available:
Coffee bar (additional staffing fee)
Sound equipment (must be operated by a trained Remnant sound specialist, unless otherwise approved)
Responsibility of lessee:
All decorations
All table service (flat ware, linens, glasses, chair covers, etc.)
All food items
Any additional tables or chairs
Days and hours open for weddings:
Saturday or Sunday
Ceremony - 4pm or later
Set up may start at 2pm day-of wedding in two rooms east of barn doors (Hedgehog & Foyer). Decor, etc. can be dropped off the evening before the wedding or the morning of the wedding. Times can be coordinated with the Event Manager.
Pricing:
Facility Lease: $3,500.00 (Wedding and Rehearsal Package)
$2,000.00 for Ceremony ONLY
$1,500.00 for Reception ONLY
Coffee bar: $175 fee + wages of barista team
Non-refundable booking fee: $150.00 (applied toward facility lease cost)
Damage deposit: $500.00 damage deposit refundable in 7 days after inspection for damage
$150.00+ pastor honorarium (unless using external pastor/officiant)
Sound specialist: included in package
JUST Rehearsal Dinners:
