REMNANT ROOM RENTALS

It is a joy to celebrate baby showers, birthday parties, bridal/wedding events, corporate events, and more with you!

 If you would like to reserve a room/rooms then please review the room costs and the leasing rules listed below.

Reminder:

The Remnant is a smoke-free & alcohol-free facility, and is governed by the guidelines of White River Christian Church. 

 All of our Pricing is quoted on an event-to-event basis.

Events are considered “booked” when a signed agreement and deposit has been submitted.

We understand that not every event’s needs are the same, so listed below is a general range of pricing for reservations.

Rooms and cost:

Our Hedgehog Hall is the “fan-favorite” room for gatherings of up to 55 people. However, The Foyer, Upstairs PLAY Room, and other areas are available for rental.

Operating Hours: 6:00am-5:00pm Weekdays | 7:00am-2:00pm Weekends

AVERAGE ROOM RENTAL COST BY ROOM:

Hedgehog Hall: $250 *available during & after operating hours

The Foyer: $250 *available after operating hours

Fireside: $150 *available after operating hours

Both Hedgehog Hall & The Foyer: $425 *available after operating hours

Upstairs: $300 *available after operating hours

Conference Rooms: $50 *for after hour rentals

Entire Main Floor: $750 *available after operating hours

RECOMMENDED COMFORTABLE CAPACITY BY ROOM:

Hedgehog Hall: 50 people *including staff and superintendent

The Foyer: 50 people *including staff and superintendent

Upstairs: 35 people *including staff and superintendent

Fireside: 25 people *including staff and superintendent

Entire Main Floor: 100+ people *including staff and superintendent

*** If guest count is 100+, you will be required to rent out the entire main floor due to capacity requirements.

Guest count, additional needs, & other factors may impact cost.

Additional fees may apply. Events that take place after operating hours have additional fees. See below.

All bookings must be signed and paid in full two weeks before the date of event.

Additional fees for services and items:

  1. Set up & cleaning fee (mandatory for all events)

    • For parties in our upstairs area, there may be an additional fee for setting up tables & chairs for seating.

  2. Building superintendent (mandatory for all events, no matter the time)

    • $15/hr

  3. Sound equipment and operator (if desired; only available for parties utilizing Hedgehog Hall)

    • $175 per event

    • Use of microphone/projector only may include a fee

  4. After hours coffee bar and barista staffing (if desired)

    • $75/hr of coffee service + prep/clean time (three hours of coffee service maximum)

  5. Stage (if desired; only available for parties utilizing Hedgehog Hall)

  • $50 for set up/tear down

6. Balloon Arch Hoop + Stand (if desired)

  • $25 (renter must provide all balloons and supplies)

  • Hoop + stand measurements: 6ft diameter (6.4ft height with stand)

These rates could vary based on event needs.

Room Lease Details:

  1. Rooms come as is.

  2. Nonrefundable deposit required to book room(s).

  3. Damage deposit check required for all events (returnable via mail upon favorable inspection post-event)

  4. It is preferred that no parties run after 10pm, to ensure timely turnover for business the next day.

  5. A 50% discount on room rental fee for Arcadia town residents, upon proof of address. Applies to the person coordinating and organizing the event, and not another person in the party. Address is determined by the event application.

Customer Responsibilities:

  1. All decorations (fine glitter and confetti not permitted).

  2. All food supplies.

  3. All flatware, cups, linens, etc.

  4. Additional tables, chairs, etc. that Remnant cannot provide.

Deposits:

  1. $100.00 security deposit (deducted from final invoice).

  2. $200.00 damage deposit check turned in to management upon arrival day-of the event. This check will be returned via mail upon favorable inspection post-event. If damage is incurred during an event, the renter will be notified before there is any processing of the check.

Event Parking

There is plenty of street parking in Downtown Arcadia! On weekends, the Town Hall lot and gated lot at Main St & East St are open and available for parking.

We kindly ask that Remnant guests keep the lot by 5 de Mayo open for their patrons.
